    When can you pick up my order?

    A

    At Home or at Work, you can schedule a pick-up on our website. Based on your location, you will be assigned to a specific pickup/delivery day. For Example, Wednsday-Saturday, Tuesday-Friday, Thursday-Sunday.

    How long does it take to get my order back?

    A

    Turnaround is normally 2 business days. Please review your pickup/delivery day by viewing the "Service Locations" Section on our website.

    Is there a minimum order requirement?

    There is no minimum order requirement and no extra delivery fees!

    Do I have to be home for a pick-up or delivery?

    A

    Two Options: 1. Leave your dry clean bag outside 2. A knock on your door- leave specific instructions if you are not at home on our website, application, email.

    How do I pay for my orders?

    A

    Pay by Debit/Credit Card. You will receive an email on your delivery day with a link to pay your bill. If you like to pay by check, please add to the notes when you submit your order and leave the check in the dry clean bag. We process checks on the delivery date. We will send email statements of unpaid balances.

    How do I let you know about my preferences?

    You can leave special instructions by leaving a note in your dry clean bag, on the schedule tool in our website/applicaion, or email us.

    How do I change or cancel an online order?

    A

    You can cancel or change your order by emailing us or call us directly (669) 226-7539. You will receive an email once updated.

    How do I receive a TECH-Cleaners laundry bag?

    A

    You can either leave your clothes in your own bag on your first order and you will receive a TECH-Cleaners bag with your delivery. Or you can request TECH-Cleaners bags on your first scheduled pick-up and our driver will hand them to you or hang them at your front door/office.

    Our mission is to provide you with quality and convenient service. Please let us know if you are not satisfied with our service and we will do our best to correct the matter.

    How do I contact you?

    For immediate help, please email us at [email protected] or call us at 669-226-7539 8:00am-7:00pm, Sunday-Saturday. We will respond within 24 hours.

    What do I do with my extra hangers and garment covers?

    A

    We reuse metal hangers and recycle unusable hangers. Please do not return your hangers inside your dry-clean bag. Place them next to your dry-clean bag. We also recycle all plastic garment covers. Please place them inside the dry-clean bag, we will take care of the rest.
